Dosage: 1-3 tablets, 1-4 times daily, with a meal. The indicated daily dosage should not be exceeded. The tablets should be swallowed whole and must not be crushed to ensure optimal effectiveness. When using highly active probiotics like Probioskin, there is no one-size-fits-all dosage. Some people feel great with a low dose, while others may need a higher dose. Is your stomach becoming gassy? This is not a side effect but a normal reaction as your stomach adjusts. Lactic acid bacteria produce organic acids and carbon dioxide when they are active. To alleviate this, reduce your dosage for a couple of weeks, then gradually increase it again. PROBIOSKIN+ has no age restrictions and is safe to use during breastfeeding.
